About us

We are a fully insured family-run business in Addlestone, Surrey. All grooming procedures are carried out on a one-to-one basis, which makes it a less stressful experience for your dog.

Katya has received training from Anna Bardysheva (the winner of international dog grooming championships). She always keeps up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and equipment. Katya is constantly working on perfecting her skills by taking part in webinars and face-to-face courses.

We use only the best products available on the market and focus on providing a high-quality service.

Our dog grooming prices may vary based on the overall size and temperament of your pet, the condition and length of its coat. If your dog's coat is matted, you will be charged extra for de-matting according to the length of time taken. Hand Stripping

Hand stripping is the process of pulling out dead hair from the coat of a non-shedding dog.

First Puppy Cut

An introduction to the grooming world for new puppies. The process is shorter and simpler than a full groom, allowing puppies to get accustomed with the grooming process. We take extra care to ensure that their first experience of grooming is an enjoyable one as this sets their habits and attitude to grooming for a lifetime

Can I stay with my pet?

This is not usually encouraged as full co-operation of the dogs requires their undivided attention. Most dogs behave much better without their owners there to distract them.
